Due to the perishable nature of our Empanadas, we cannot accept returns or refunds for dispatched orders. Please ensure that you are at home, or have allocated a safe place via the Royal Mail website on the delivery day. However, we always try to be fair and work with our customers and will try rectify any issues as best as we can. You can read all of our Terms and Conditions here.

Yes, the Empanadas are baked or fried in our home oven, and are then frozen and sent to you via Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. Upon arrival, you simply need to heat up your Empanadas in the oven and they're good to eat.

Once you have made your order, you will receive a confirmation email. It can then take us a couple of days to get your Empanadas ready to be sent, and you will then receive an email or text message once they have been dispatched from Royal Mail which contains a tracking link. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that you are at home for the delivery, or arrange a suitable safe place via the Royal Mail website.

We send our Empanadas to anywhere in the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.

No. We make all of our Empanadas in a kitchen which handles all types of allergens and therefore cannot ensure that there are not traces of a certain allergen in any of our products. We publish all of our ingredients and allergen information for all of our products so please ensure that you check this before making an order.
