Full Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, and include information relating to the purchase and delivery of our Empanadas. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or placing an order with Empanada Express, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or order from us.

2. Service Description

Empanada Express offers an Empanada delivery service to customers in the UK. Our menu, prices, and delivery areas are subject to change without notice.

3. Ordering and Payments

3.1. You can place orders through our website. By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount for your order, including taxes, delivery fees, and any other applicable charges.

3.2. Payments can be made using the payment methods specified on our website. All payments are processed securely.

4. Delivery

4.1. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order to the address provided during the ordering process using Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery service. Whilst we aim for customers to receive their Empanadas within 5 days from the ordering date, there are occasions where deliveries are delayed due to factors beyond our control.

4.2. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including the correct delivery address and contact details. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues due to inaccurate or incomplete information.

4.3. If your order is not delivered within a reasonable time frame or is damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please note that if you are not at home to accept the deliver, then we will not provide a refund or replacement.

4.4. It is the customers responsibility to manage the delivery from Royal Mail. This includes being at home when the delivery is made, and/or setting an appropriate safeplace if necessary.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice BEFORE the order is dispatched by Royal Mail to confirm a cancellation. Once the order is in preparation or on its way, cancellations may not be possible. Please ensure that you check your order to ensure it is correct and cancel as soon as possible if necessary.

5.2 If a customer orders our Empanadas but is not at home on the delivery date, or does not set an appropriate safe place with Royal Mail, then we will not refund or replace the Empanadas.

5.3 If you are not satisfied with your order, please kindly get in touch and we can deal with any issues on a case-by-case basis.

5.3 If there is any issue with the order, such as missing items or incorrect Empanadas in your box, please get in touch and we will work with you to handle any issues, including refunding any missing items where necessary.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Empanada Express and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without our express permission.

7. Privacy Policy


We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.

8. Changes to Terms

Empanada Express reserves the right to update and change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
